SooZe Yoga is a great place to begin if you are new to yoga, facing physical challenges, recovering from injury or simply wish to increase your level of fitness. Classes offered at SooZe Yoga will help you to acquire skills to reduce the effects of stress and tension while building strength, flexibility, poise, plus experience an overall sense of well-being. SooZe Yoga offers a variety of Hatha Yoga classes, with something for everyone making yoga a holistic experience, accessible to all.
SooZe Yoga meets you where you are, appropriate for all ages, levels of fitness and physical ability.
The intention at SooZe Yoga is to build and nurture Kula: Community of the Heart offering support and friendship among yoga practitioners within Oakbank and the surrounding areas.
