SooZe Yoga is a great place to begin if you are new to yoga, facing physical challenges, recovering from injury or if you wish to increase your level of strength, flexibility or fitness. Yoga will help you to acquire skills to reduce the effects of stress and tension while building strength, courage, stamina, poise, plus experience an overall sense of well-being.
SooZe Yoga meets you where you are, offering a variety of classes with something for everyone ~ making yoga a holistic experience, accessible to all. Appropriate for all ages, levels of fitness and physical ability.
