Yoga is a great

challenges, recovering from injury or if you wish to increase your level of
strength, flexibility or fitness. Yoga will help you
to acquire skills to reduce the effects of stress and tension while building

of STOTT Pilates.

Chi for Arthritis a
modified, gentle practice for those with mobility restrictions, assist in
greater well being and ease of movement - can be practiced either seated or
standing.
STOTT
Pilates Reformer
specially designed, highly versatile Pilates equipment which will strengthen
spinal muscles and give a full body muscular challenge. Adaptable to any
level of fitness, body challenge or restriction.

accommodate a maximum of 20 participants
with plenty of room for your practice, while ensuring your safety and optimal
benefit in a welcoming and beautiful environment.

Yoga Teachers provide quality instruction in four different levels of Hatha Yoga
practice. Teachers carefully observe each class,
offering alignment adjustment, advice or encouragement specific to each
individual's level of practice.

Fitness Instructors guide you through other class options such as a vigorous
workout in Body Blend or a modified, gentle class ~ Tai Chi for Arthritis.
