SooZe Yoga is a great place to begin if you are new to yoga, facing physical challenges, recovering from  injury or if you wish to increase your level of strength, flexibility or fitness.  Yoga will help you to acquire skills to reduce the effects of stress and tension while building strength, courage, stamina, poise, plus experience an overall sense of well-being.

SooZe Yoga  meets you where you are ~ a variety of classes with something for everyone ~ making yoga a holistic experience, accessible to ALL.  Appropriate for all ages, levels of fitness and physical ability.  

Yoga options range from modified/easy classes for beginners, to more challenge for those with previous yoga experience.  Professional Fully Qualified Yoga Teachers are available to observe and assist you during class, offering individual adjustment or specific advice appropriate to your level of practice or body challenge. 

Yoga & Body Rolling comparable to a deep tissue massage using a 7" inflatable ball to strengthen, tone and realign. 

Chair Yoga fun, safe, gentle seated or standing poses.  Great for limited mobility or any body challenge

Professional Fitness Instructors guide you through the following classes for a safe and enjoyable experience:

Body Blend a vigorous fitness workout, offered in two dynamic class options each week.

Essential Pilates the full repertoire of essential beginner mat exercises including the fundamentals of STOTT Pilates.

Tai Chi for Arthritis a modified, gentle practice for those with mobility restrictions, assist in greater well being and ease of movement - can be practiced either seated or standing.  

STOTT Pilates Reformer  specially designed, highly versatile Pilates equipment which will strengthen spinal muscles and give a full body muscular challenge. Adaptable to any level of fitness, body challenge or restriction.

Classes accommodate a maximum of 20 participants with plenty of room for your practice, while ensuring your safety and optimal benefit in a welcoming and beautiful environment.  

Professional Yoga Teachers provide quality instruction in four different levels of Hatha Yoga practice. Teachers carefully observe each class, offering alignment adjustment, advice or encouragement specific to each individual's level of practice.  

Professional Fitness Instructors guide you through other class options such as a vigorous workout in Body Blend or a modified, gentle class ~ Tai Chi for Arthritis.
